Featuring intimate alcoves as well as space to accommodate a large gathering, the roof deck is complemented with thoughtful furniture selections designed for lounging, socialization, or a dinner party.

Landscaped with sustainability in mind, plants featured are northwest native low water verities.

Get your grill on at multiple BBQ locations, grill in winter in the covered BBQ area.

Enjoy the crackling fire pit at sunset with a glass of your favorite wine, and you'll surly agree that the Link roof deck is a special place to be.

Penthouse Entertainment Lounge:
The penthouse entertainment lounge at Link features high ceilings with skylights. Sliding glass doors give easy access to the roof deck.Inside you'll find a full kitchen with cocktail ice maker as the centerpiece to a space designed for entertaining. A large flat screen TV with the latest gaming consoles and social games will keep the party lively, a ping pong table is also available for some low-tech fun. As the party winds down retreat to the sunken alcove to enjoy the toasty fireplace.

Edible Community Garden:
The centerpiece of Link's roof deck is the professionally started herb and vegetable community garden. The design and plant selection by local West Seattle garden expert is designed to maximize harvest yields. Enjoy harvest days with your neighbors, and cook a fresh meal in the adjacent rooftop lounge kitchen. Rainwater is collection and utilized for irrigation.

Fitness Room:
24 hour state of the art ground floor fitness room, designed with your healthy active lifestyle in mind. Featuring machines equipped with touch screen TVs and built in iPod docking stations.

The Lobby Lounge at link is designed to accommodate your need for connection and socialization. Stay connected with WiFi internet access while your relax in a private alcove decked out in modern euro-lounge furniture and unique artwork, all while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby waterfall.

iPad work stations are available for surfing the internet or sending a quick email.

Onsite Storage:
Use Link's plentiful Onsite Storage for your bikes, recreation equipment and all your outdoor toys. Or just have a space for that extra stuff you only use occasionally. Whatever your storage needs are Link has you covered.
